EEEKToward a West End Art Plan

What would the West End be like if it were even more rich with arts and cultural opportunities? That’s the question that WE Arts is asking on February 22 at the West End Community Centre.

This public dialogue hosted by choreographer and teacher Judith Marcuse will help lay the groundwork for the creation of a West End Art Plan, which will outline a more detailed vision for arts activities and resources in the West End.
