According to Danilo Ciaccia, owner of the newly opened The Italians Kitchen and Bar at 1220 Bute Street, the best way to experience the true taste of pasta is to try it fresh, and hand-made.
Which is exactly what he and his dedicated team work to achieve every day. Inspired by the traditional recipes of Italian grandmothers, it was Danilo’s desire to share his passion for the culinary traditions of Italy passed down from generation to generation that led him to open up shop in the West End.
