A veteran of Rob Feenie’s Lumiere, Chef Mario Fortin’s Aqua Riva and the Fairmont Hotel Vancouver, Chef Majdoubi’s menu unites fine quality ingredients, freshness and bold combinations. The result is North African cuisine with a dash of West Coast flair, delighting both the eye and the palate.
